Advent: The Sacred Path to Christ Consciousness
As we approach the Winter Solstice the daylight hours begin to shorten, the earth moves into stillness and we enter into one of the most sacred times of the year, Advent.
The season of Advent is a time of preparation and awaiting the celebration of the Birth of Jesus, the Christ Child. Jesus was born to Mary a teenage girl and her husband Joseph in humble surroundings. JESUS CAME FOR ALL OF US.
It is the sacred season of Advent when the doorway to Christ Consciousness is wide open. Christ Consciousness is the frequency of love and compassion. This state of being was the gift the Christ child brought to a world that was in need of HOPE. Love and compassion was infused into all Jesus’ teachings to show us THE WAY to live. How to love and care for ourself, one another and all of creation.
We all have access to this WAY of living. It lies deep within our being. Immanuel is a Hebrew name of biblical origin that means ‘God with Us’ and highlights God’s presence in humanity. Of note it is the biblical name given to Jesus. The true return of Jesus is all of us returning to our original form of love. Tapping into the operating system and frequency of Christ Consciousness.
This operating system is a part of our soul and is the frequency of love itself. It is in fact our original form and we all have access to it. The great return of Christ Consciousness begins with each of us. The great return is experiencing all aspects of our life through our heart and the frequency of love. Love is what Jesus radiated from His heart into the cosmos at the time of leaving and is the root of all His teachings.
The gifts of this beautiful season are HOPE, PEACE, LOVE and JOY. It is no coincidence that the Thanksgiving season precedes this sacred time of year for gratitude opens the heart and allows us to receive God’s blessings more easily.
My prayer for all of us is that we set aside time out of our day to sit in the stillness of our heart connecting to this beautiful love of the Christ child and receive what the Creator has always wanted for each and every one of us, to live a life of love and joy filling our hearts with peace.
